Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is conducted by the Australian Bridal Service Pty Ltd ABN 21 007 425 934 of PO Box 407, Flemington, VIC 3031.
2. This promotion is subject to Victorian and New South Wales Lottery Permits.
3. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering into this promotion the entrants agree that he/she has read and accepted these terms and conditions.
4. Entry into the promotion is free but entrants must have a valid ticket to the Ultimate Bridal Event Bridal Expo; to be held in Melbourne on the 9th and 10th January 2016 at the Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton Gardens and in Sydney on the 16th & 17th January 2016 at Australian Technology Park, Everleigh.
5. Entry will be by completing the competition entry form and placing it in the entry barrel at the entrance to the Fashion Parade.
6. Entry to the promotion is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 years. Employees and Directors of Australian Bridal Service Pty Ltd and any prize supplier, their employees and their immediate families, are ineligible.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted. Anyone submitting more than one entry may be disqualified from participating in the promotion.
8. The promotion commences at 10:00 am AEST on Saturday 9th January 2016 and concludes at 5.00 pm AEST on Sunday 17th January 2016.
9. The winner will be drawn at 10.00 am AEST on Thursday 28 January 2016 at the Australian Bridal Service Melbourne Office, 21 Shields Street, Flemington, VIC 3031.

11. Winners will be notified by telephone and email. Winner’s names will also appear in the Herald Sun in Melbourne and the Daily Telegraph in Sydney on Tuesday the 2nd of February 2016. If the prize is not redeemed within this period, the prize will be redrawn 3mths after the original date.
12. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable or exchangeable. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. Prize values are GST inclusive and are in Australian dollars. All prizes are subject to availability. However, in the event prizes are unavailable for any reason the Australian Bridal Service or any prize supplier may, in addition to its other rights, substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to applicable laws and regulations. If, for any reason, a winner has not redeemed a prize within 12 months of the draw, then that prize will be forfeited. All prizes are valid for 12 months.
13. Australian Bridal Service has the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who the Australian Bridal Service believes has tampered with the entry process, submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, breached any of these terms and conditions or engaged in conduct that jeopardises the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
14. The Australian Bridal Service’s decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every entrant and no correspondence will be conducted.
15. Winners agree to the use, without compensation, of their name, image and photographs for publicity and promotional purposes and agrees that the Australian Bridal Service and the prize suppliers will own copyright to such images and photographs.
16. Entrants agree that Australian Bridal Service may use and disclose their entry and any personal details they provide for any promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Australian Bridal Service and the related prize suppliers without notice to entrants.
17. The winners of the prizes cannot be current employees hosting the promotion as well as the companies who are participating in the promotion.
18. If there is any event or circumstance that prevents or hinders the Australian Bridal Service’s conduct of the promotion or ability to deliver the prizes (including the inability or failure of a prize supplier to deliver the prize described in these terms and conditions or at all), may, in its absolute discretion, cancel, terminate, suspend or modify the promotion, including reducing the value of the prize package, subject to regulatory body approval.
19. The Australian Bridal Service is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or for any technical failure, error or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, website or other system that occurs in the course of the administration of the promotion. Australian Bridal Service is not responsible for any problem, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
20. The Australian Bridal Service and each of its related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any entrant (including, without limitation, direct, indirect and consequential loss and personal injury) in connection with the promotion and any prize, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.

Tying the posies in place is the responsibility of the winner. In the case where The Wedding Stylist is your professional wedding florist, there are no special delivery conditions AND the design of this prize will be tailor made to suit your wedding theme.
