The Code of Conduct is intended to be a guide for Accredited Bussiness to meet their commitments to good practice and service excellence. Businesses are continually monitored to ensure adherence to the values of the Code ensuring brides and grooms receive only the very best service and quality when planning their wedding day.
- Businesses and their representatives will be courteous and co-operative at all times.
- Businesses must be registered entities and abide by all local, state and federal laws pertaining to their activities.
- Businesses will clearly state the product / service they are providing to customers.
- Businesses will provide realistic delivery/ completion times for goods and services and honour these commitments to the best of their ability. In the event that the goods and services cannot be delivered as arranged, the business will notify the client as soon as a situation arises. This will allow the client to make an informed decision about how to proceed.
